iPhones on Sale From $149.99

My iMac died (the hard drive) and we took it to the Apple store. They fixed it, but there was only a 50% chance that I would still have the information on my hard drive. I got it back today, and I don’t, and let me tell you: It really sucks. I have some consolation, though, because I have the iPhone, so I thought I could just plug it in and it would transfer everything- my songs, my videos, my applications, my pictures, and my email information. But not exactly. So I plug in my iPhone, and it says I can’t sync it, because iPhones can only be synced with one iTunes. Well guess what? My iPhone is synced with the iTunes on my dead hard drive, so what can I do? I went through checking all the sync boxes, and tried again. It gave me the “only one iTunes” and then it says “Would you like to transfer?” And I click transfer, and before I know it, it’s deleting my apps! So I cancel in time to save a few, but now I’m really scared to plug in my phone again. Please help me!
I don’t know if it matters, but I have the all white flatscreen iMac- the iSight I think.
