A friend on mine got into some dealings with iPhones with a fellow from the Ukraine Russia. Well the russian fellow gave my friend like $3000 for phones. Well this is about the time iPhones got impossible to get. My friend could not get the phones and since then his business on ebay has gone bankrupt. Now this guy in russia wants his money back and my friend does not have it. The russian is threatening to sue my friends or “take legal actions through a representative in the states”
Yes I know my friend screwed the russian guy but right now my buddy is BROKE.
What can he do ??
PS My friend had a business on ebay and the business went broke. This deal was part of his business. Does that matter?
