Could I be charged with federal Mail Fraud and/or Wire Fraud?
If Apple sends the rebate by mail, could I be charged with mail fraud?
If Apple sends the rebate by internet (direct deposit into store credit) could they tack on wire fraud?
Fraud is a general term. Each case can warrant different charges in state/federal court.
